Marks a publication unit — a tariff filing, or a standalone pricing model — as no longer valid (voided) and links it to what cancelled it: the successor unit for a same-period correction (see urpx:replacedBy), or the publication that withdrew it when there is no successor. A cancelled unit is retained for audit but excluded from active reads.

Note	Presence of urpx:cancelledBy is the void marker — the subject is voided without deletion. For a replacement, point it at the urpx:replacedBy successor (a filing's successor is a filing; a model's successor is a model). For a withdrawal, point it at the cancelling publication. A superseded subject is NOT cancelled (it stays valid history); cancellation applies only to replacement and withdrawal. For a pricing model published within a filing, cancellation rides the filing chain.
