CompletenessResultValue
The coverage verdict for a CoverageClaim's completenessResult: how completely the consolidated snapshot covers the content required for its claimed scope, as evaluated against the sources. Coverage only — freshness is urpx:stale and resolution provenance is urpx:fallbackSourced, both separate booleans on the claim.

|---|---|---|---|
| Note | Member semantics. complete: every element required to compute cost for the claimed scope is present in the snapshot. partial: at least one known required element is missing or unresolved; what is present is usable. pending: required content is expected from the source but not yet published or available at evaluation time (for example a future-period price); the absence is anticipated, not a gap. unsupported: the source publishes content for the scope that the consuming representation cannot express, so coverage cannot be claimed although data exists. unknown: the scope has not been (or could not be) evaluated against sources; there is no basis to assert coverage either way. noCoverage: evaluated, and no applicable content exists for the claimed scope in any source — distinct from pending (content expected later) and from unknown (not evaluated). Exactly one coverage verdict is asserted. Freshness (urpx:stale) and resolution provenance (urpx:fallbackSourced) are orthogonal booleans and are asserted independently; the claim's evaluation records the detail. Publication lifecycle events (correction, withdrawal, supersession) are not coverage verdicts — they ride the tariff filing or pricing model chain (urpx:replaces, urpx:cancelledBy, urpx:supersedes). | ||
